Everything Mustard

 This was a quite interesting programme about Mustard. From what plant the mustard is (and it is related with something we really enjoy in Galicia like kale -berza- or turnip -nabo), why the plant has developed the pungent taste, why we humans enjoy that pungent taste, and many more things ...



I find mustard an interesting topic because I am from one of the countries in Europe were mustard is less appreciated. We only seem to started using it as american fast food came (and using the american yellow mustard). But I do like mustard.
